Cadets in Class 54 of the Virginia Commonwealth ChalleNGe Youth Academy participate in a class at the State Military Reservation in February 2021. ChalleNGe leadership worked with several local and state agencies to develop a plan to provide on-campus learning to the cadets of Class 54 while keeping both staff and cadets safe.
