WHO MAY APPLY: AGR/Military Technician/Traditional/ Active Duty in grades E6/SSG through E7/SFC who are members of the Virginia Army National Guard.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
• Must possess the following qualifications:
(1) A physical profile of 222222.
(2) Color discrimination of red/green.
(3) A minimum score of 90 in aptitude area OF in Armed Services Vocationalaptitude Battery (ASVAB) test administered prior to 2 January 2002.
(4) Reclassification: N/A.
•Soldiers applying for this position MUST be a qualified 11B, 11C, or 88MCMF.
•T2COM Instructor experience is preferred.
• T2COM Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
•  For entry into the AGR Program, E6/SSG or above must possess the requiredgrade and MOS level authorized for the AGR duty position. This may require theSoldier to be Administratively Reduced to attend MOS school prior to entry intothe program.
• Applicants must be eligible to complete 20 years of Active Federal Service before theirMRD or Age 60.
• Soldier must be MOS Qualified or eligible to attend MOS-T course within 1 year of hire.

• Must have a passing AFT and Height & Weight within 6 months of the submission of your application. Soldier selected for this position who do not meet the above mentioned AFT and Height & Weight requirement will need to complete an AFT and Height & Weight prior to receiving a start date.
• Applicant must possess or be able to possess a secret clearance and maintaingovernment travel card.
• The start date is contingent on availability of funding from NGB.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all selection criteria IAW NGR 601-1, NGR 600-200, NGR 600-5, AR 600-60, AR 40-501, AR 600-8-2 and AR 135-18.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the Commander’s liaison for the ARMY T2COM Quality Assurance Program; Achieves TASS operational standards for all unit functions; provides training, oversight, and regulatory guidance to subordinate training battalions’ QA NCOs; evaluates training progression and training plan effectiveness; identifies safety hazards and risks; records findings, and takes corrective measures; approves incoming POI materials and products; communicates requirements to supervisor; inputs data into database; maintains healthy work environment; ensures compliance with regulatory requirements; distributes lessons learned; performs yearly regimental self-evaluations, master evaluation plans, corrective action plans, maintains regiment self-study, and ensures T2COM standards are met.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Position requires a “SECRET” security clearance. Must be able to obtain as a minimum, an “interim” clearance prior to appointment to the position. Soldiers with a prior revoked or denied clearance are not eligible for either an interim or a waiver and should not apply. If tentatively selected for a position and soldier cannot be granted an interim clearance prior to appointment to the position, the offer for the position may be revoked, non-USA citizens are not eligible for a security clearance per DOD 5200.2R.

5.Last 3 years of ATIS ACFT/AFT history or DA Form 705 cards and ATIS HT/WT history printout or DA Form 5500/5501 (include all DA Forms 3349 if applicable). IPPS-A screen shots of ACFT/AFT and HT/WT information are authorized.
6.Documentation to support all periods of duty/service creditable for retirement. Any of the following may be used DD Form 214, DA Form 1506 or NGB Forms 23A/23B. 7.
