Enlistment Incentives - $20,000 bonuses available for select career fields

The following MOSs qualify for a $20,000 Non-Prior Service Enlistment Bonus with a six-year enlistment and an Armed Forces Qualification Test score of 50 or above:

11C - Indirect Fire Infantryman 
13B - Cannon Crewmember

Individuals may also qualify for a $7,500 bonus for attending training during the off-peak season. 

Additional incentives may be available, including the Montgomery GI Bill Selected Reserve Kicker or the Student Loan Repayment Program.

Extension Incentives - $20,000 extension bonuses available for qualified six-year extensions 

Reenlistment bonuses of up to $20,000 are available as of May 15, 2023, for eligible Soldiers. Soldiers seeking a reenlistment bonus must be DMOSQ, in the pay grades of E-3 through E-7, and have no more than 13 years, 1 month time in serve. Bonus amounts as follows: 

$20,000 bonus for 6-year reenlistment.
$12,000 bonus for 4-year reenlistment.
$5,000 bonus for 2-year reenlistment.

All bonuses paid in a lump sum. ​
