The Virginia National Guard’s 2nd Battalion, 224th Aviation Regiment welcomes newly-promoted noncommissioned officers to the NCO Corps during a ceremony held April 18, 2021, at the VNG’s Army Aviation Support Facility in Sandston, Virginia.
