Ceremony introduces new Virginia National Guard HQs shoulder patch

The new Joint Force Headquarters - Virginia insignia features the Virginia state crest adopted by the Virginia Convention in 1776, and the crest has been featured on Virginia National Guard regimental unit colors since World War I.
