National Guard Soldiers from 10 states attending a two-week training course conduct the final test of the full honors Nov. 3, 2016, at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The course is designed to certify instructors to teach fellow Soldiers the skills, procedures and standards for providing final respects to military veterans.
