The Virginia National Guard’s Marksmanship Training Unit, together with the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, hosts the 2024 ROTC College Clash Marksmanship Competition April 19-21, 2024, at Fort Barfoot, Virginia. The match included 59 ROTC cadets from six schools including George Mason University, James Madison University, Liberty University, Redford University, Virginia Tech and the Virginia Military Institute. Over the course of the competition, shooters tested their marksmanship skills on both the rifle and the pistol, and competed as both individuals and in two-person teams.
