Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Emporia-based 1710th Transportation Company, 1030th Transportation Battalion, 329th Regional Support Group prepare their trucks for an upcoming line haul mission May 30, 2024, in Emporia, Virginia. Soldiers conducted preventive maintenance checks and services and changed out tires to prepare for a real-world mission hauling containers in support of Army Materiel Command during their annual training. Approximately 70 Soldiers and more than 30 vehicles are taking part in the mission.
