Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers from across the commonwealth conduct a combat water survival test during the first day of the VaARNG Best Warrior Competition March 13, 2025, at Virginia State University in Ettrick, Virginia. Six competitors are vying for the titles of VaARNG Soldier and NCO of the Year during the four-day competition, and the right to represent Virginia at the Region II BWC later in 2025.
