Commonwealth ChalleNGe Youth Academy staff, cadets and their families enjoy Class 63’s Family Day Oct. 18, 2025, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Commonwealth ChalleNGe is the Virginia component of the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program.
