JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Col. Christopher Batterton, 192nd Wing commander, U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott, and Adjutant General of Virginia Maj. Gen. Timothy Williams turn dirt during a ground breaking ceremony March 31, 2021, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. State delegates and representatives joined Virginia National Guard leaders for the ceremony which marked the footprint for a permanent 185th Cyber Operations Squadron facility on the installation.
