Briefing helps VNG Soldiers plan for retirement

FORT PICKETT, Va. - Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to units across the state attend an annual retirement briefing Sept. 10, 2022, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. The training was conducted by the Virginia Army National Guard G1 Personnel Directorate Retirement Services Office. Col. Jennifer Martin, the Virginia Army National Guard G1 Personnel Officer, provided opening remarks at the briefing, while representatives from VNG Family Programs, financial counselors and other organizations provided educational information for the Soldiers in attendance.
