VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia - Lt. Col. Christy Gambill takes command of the Fort Pickett-based Virginia Army National Guard Medical Command from Col. David G. Boyd during a ceremony Dec. 3, 2022, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Brig. Gen. K.
