Ceremony kicks off Roanoke Regional Readiness Center Complex expansion

Troutville, Virginia - Virginia National Guard military and civilian leaders along with state and local government officials break ground on the expansion of the Roanoke Regional Readiness Center Complex March 2, 2023, in Troutville, Virginia. Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, Salem City Mayor Renee Turk, retired Maj. Gen. Craig Crenshaw, the Virginia Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs, State Senator David Sutterlien, Salem City Council Member Hunter Holiday, Botetourt County Commissioner of the Revenue Chris Booth and Clint Bailey, the VNG Facilities Management Office project manager joined together to ceremonially break ground on the project.
