RSP recruits tackle OPAT, weapons training during drill weekend

Virginia Beach, Virginia - Newly recruited Soldiers with the Virginia Army National Guard Recruit Sustainment Program participated in an Occupational Physical Assessment Test June 24, 2023, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The test measures their muscular strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, and lower and upper body strength. The four-part test includes the standing long jump, seated power throw, strength deadlift and interval aerobic run.
