529th CSSB Soldiers endure heat, gain valuable training during JRTC rotation

Fort Johnson, Louisiana - Maj. Gen. James W. Ring, the Adjutant General of Virginia, and Col. Dennis Rohler, commander of the 329th Regional Support Group, visit Soldiers assigned to the Virginia Beach-based 529th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion July 22, 2023, at Fort Johnson, Louisiana. Approximately 60 Soldiers from 529th Headquarters were among 5,000 Soldiers from 24 states, Guam and Puerto Rico supporting the Hawaii National Guard’s 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team for JRTC rotation 23-08.5.
