VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia - Virginia Air National Guard Airmen from the 203rd RED HORSE Squadron color guard prepare to place a wreath during a memorial service March 3, 2014, at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach to honor the 18 unit members and three Florida Army Guard aviators killed in a plane crash 13 years ago.
