e. Eligibility Criteria: Title 10 AGRs are not eligible to apply. Officers must attend the
Military Captain’s Career Course within 12 months of assuming command if they are not
already complete. Must be eligible to become a member of the Virginia Army National
Guard NLT 1 September 2025.
f. Grade: O-3 or O-2 who will be eligible for promotion to O-3 upon selection.
g. Clearance: TS/SCI
