WHO MAY APPLY: AGR/Military Technician/Traditional/ Active Duty of any Armed Forces Officers in grades E5/SGT- E7/SFC who are members of the Virginia Army National Guard.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
Soldiers must be MOSQ or have a minimum score of 85 or higher in the aptitude area General Maintenance (GM). And a physical rating of 222221 or higher and be eligible to attend MOS-T course within one year of hire.
Applicants must be eligible to complete 20 years of active federal services before their MRD or Age 60.

Must have a passing ACFT/AFT and Height & Weight within 6 months of the submission of your application. Soldier selected for this position who do not meet the above mentioned ACFT/AFT and Height & Weight requirement will need to complete an ACFT/AFT and Height & Weight prior to receiving a start date
Individuals must not be under Suspension of Favorable Personnel Actions (Flag).
The start date is contingent on availability of funding from NGB.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all selection criteria IAW NGR 601-1, NGR 600-200, NGR 600-5, AR 600-60, AR 40-501, AR 600-8-2 and AR 135-18.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company, including managing personnel, coordinating training, maintaining readiness, ensuring logistical support, and facilitating communication between the company commander and subordinates as well as with adjacent companies and higher echelons, all while ensuring the company effectively executes its missions and adheres to established standards and procedures. Develops and maintains all training records; monitors, schedules, and prepares training; assists Soldiers in personnel actions and schedules service school attendance; plans and executes unit mobilization plans; attends briefings, meetings, and conferences as required. Operates and manages DTMS, DTS, AFAM, ATRRS, RFMSS, MOBCOP, MUP, iPERMS, IPPS-A, GIMS, RMS, ISM, GCSS-A, DST, and USR for the company; Acts as the full time Supply Sergeant with all included responsibilities.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Position requires a “SECRET” security clearance. Must be able to obtain as a minimum, an “interim” clearance prior to appointment to the position. Soldiers with a prior revoked or denied clearance are not eligible for either an interim or a waiver and should not apply. If tentatively selected for a position and soldier cannot be granted an interim clearance prior to appointment to the position, the offer for the position maybe revoked, Non-USA citizens are not eligible for a security clearance per DOD 5200.2R.
