WHO MAY APPLY: Open to all ON BOARD AGR personnel in the grades of E4/SPC through E5/SGT who are members of the Virginia Army National Guard.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
• Applicants must be qualified as an 88M within 12 months of hire.• Applicants must be eligible to complete 20 years of Active Federal Service before theirMRD.

• Current AGR and long term ADOS Soldiers must have a passing ACFT/AFT and Height& Weight within 6 months of your application.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all selection criteria IAW NGR 601-1, NGR 600-200, NGR 600-5, AR 600-60, AR 40-501, AR 600-8-2 and AR 135-18.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform duties as the Assistant Operations NCO. Maintain training records for the Battalion, assist with managing ATTRS, AFAM, DTS, DTMS, TAMIS and all training systems; disseminate operation orders received from Brigade; assist with tracking training requirements. Assist with supporting IDT/AT activities and provide recommendations for training , YTC, and SOP's.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Position requires a “SECRET” security clearance. Must be able to obtain as a minimum, an “interim” clearance prior to appointment to the position. Soldiers with a prior revoked or denied clearance are not eligible for either an interim or a waiver and should not apply. If tentatively selected for a position and soldier cannot be granted an interim clearance prior to appointment to the position, the offer for the position maybe revoked, Non-USA citizens are not eligible for a security clearance per DOD 5200.2R.

2. Copies of the last five consecutive Evaluation Reports (NCOER/OER). Enlisted Personnel or newly commission officers that do not have five consecutive evaluations must provide letters of recommendation from the first O3 in chain of command.
3. Printed copy of Soldier Talent Profile from IPPS-A
4. Current Individual Medical Record dated within the last 12 months.
5. Last 3 years of ACFT/AFT and HT/WT Individual Training Record from DTMS is preferred. DA 705 and DA 5500/5501 are accepted. Include DA3349 if applicable.
6. Documentation to support all periods of duty/service creditable for retirement. Examples include DD 214, DA 1506, NGB 23 (RPAM)
7. Additional Documents: Letters of recommendation, Awards, Certificates of training, Degrees, etc.
