LOCATION: Richmond, VA
UNIT: Joint Force Headquarters Detachment
WHO MAY APPLY: AGR/Military Technician/Traditional/ Active Duty in grades E4/SPC- E5/SGT who are members of the Virginia Army National Guard.

SPECIAL INFORMATION
• Applicants must be eligible to complete 20 years of Active Federal Service before their MRD or Age 60.
• Soldier must be MOS Qualified or eligible to attend MOS-T course within 1 year of hire.

• Must have a passing AFT and Height & Weight within 6 months of the submission of your application. Soldier selected for this position who do not meet the above mentioned AFT and Height & Weight requirement will need to complete an AFT and Height & Weight prior to receiving a start date.
• Applicant must possess or be able to possess a secret clearance and maintain government travel card.
• The start date is contingent on availability of funding from NGB.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet all selection criteria IAW NGR 601-1, NGR 600-200, NGR 600-5, AR 600-60, AR 40-501, AR 600-8-2 and AR 135-18.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate, collect, process, update, and maintain all administrative actions manually and digitally IAW the regulation and NGB policy. Digital systems include iPERMS, IPPS-A, RMS, GIMS, AUVS, DPRO, and Record Brief. Familiarization with MOBCOP applications, DTMS, Officer and Enlisted Boards, Extensions, MED Board, Retirements, Transfers, and Record Reviews for continuity in support of Soldier care and individual training requirements. Initiates and reviews IPPS-A transactions such as orders for transfers within your MSC, DPOS, & military occupational specialty. Advises Commander or OIC on personnel administration activities, performs quality assurance and other duties assigned to accomplish the mission.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Position requires a “SECRET” security clearance. Must be able to obtain as a minimum, an “interim” clearance prior to appointment to the position. Soldiers with a prior revoked or denied clearance are not eligible for either an interim or a waiver and should not apply. If tentatively selected for a position and Soldier cannot be granted an interim clearance prior to appointment to the position, the offer for the position may be revoked, non-USA citizens are not eligible for a security clearance per DOD 5200.2R.

2. Copies of last five consecutive NCOERs and all DA Form 1059s. Enlistedpersonnel that do not have five NCOERs must submit a letter of recommendationform the first O3 in their chain of command.
3. Current Certified or Validated copy of Enlisted Record Brief (ERB) or IPPS-A SoldierTalent Profile.
4. Current Medical Protection System Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) Recordaccessible through MODS, dated within the last 12 months to be valid.
5. Last 3 years of DTMS AFT/ACFT history or DA Form 705 cards and DTMS HT/WT
history printout or DA Form 5500/5501 (include all DA Forms 3349 if applicable). IPPS-A screen shots of ACFT and HT/WT information are authorized.
6. Documentation to support all periods of duty/service creditable for retirement. Any ofthe following may be used DD Form 214, DA Form 1506 or NGB Forms 23A/23B.
7. Any additional information the applicant may wish to submit for consideration (i.e.,Letters of Recommendation, awards, certificates, degrees, etc.).
