R&R names battalion NCO of the Year

The Virginia Army National Guard’s Recruiting and Retention Battalion recognizes Sgt. 1st Class Jo-Ann Lindquist-Rucker as the battalion’s Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2021 during a small ceremony held March 15, 2022, at Fort Pickett, Virginia.
