Washington, D.C. - U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, the Adjutant General of Virginia, visits Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Jan. 12, 2021, in Washington, D.C.
