Washington, D.C. - U.S. Army Maj. Dan Finley, a chaplain with the Virginia National Guard’s 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, visits Virginia National Guard Airmen Jan. 15, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. National Guard Soldiers and Airmen from several states have traveled to Washington to provide support to federal and district authorities leading up to the 59th Presidential Inauguration.
