JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. - Chief Master Sergeant Maurice L. Williams, the 13th Command Chief Master Sergeant of the Air National Guard, speaks to junior enlisted members of the Virginia Air National Guard during a visit to the 192nd Wing Oct. 14, 2023, at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. Williams emphasized to the Junior Enlisted Council the importance of mission and vision statements, having one-on-one briefs with new members, communicating to all junior enlisted ranks outside the council, and tracking what they're doing around the wing.
