Fort Pickett, Virginia - Va. National Guard Engineers assigned to the Powhatan-based 180th Engineer Company, 276th Engineer Battalion, 1st Virginia Regiment, 91st Troop Command excavate loose soil during a culvert replacement operation June 10, 2016, at Fort Pickett, Va. Soldiers removed a collapsed culvert, prepared the ground to lay new piping under what was a section of road that was beginning to collapse.
