e. Eligibility Criteria
(1) Officer must hold the rank of Colonel/O-6 or hold the rank of Lieutenant Colonel/O-5 and be eligible for promotion to the rank of Colonel/O-6. Candidate must have at least three years remaining service eligibility following the effective date of promotion.
(2) Must have a minimum of a Secret clearance.
(3) Must have completed or be enrolled in Senior Service College prior to start date.
(4) All branches are eligible to apply.
(5) Technicians and AGR officers are eligible to apply.
