Virginia National Guard breaks ground on new state headquarters

Va. Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team trains in Pulaski County
August 14, 2016 — Virginia National Guard aviation crews and Chesterfield County first responders conducted aviation rescue hoist training during the Max Creek Search and Rescue Exercise Aug. 13, 2016, in Pulaski County, Virginia.
